Is there anything more cringe worthy then seeing a surging mob dressed in bottle green? Tights, skirts, shirts, scarfs, hats…any and every item of clothing created by man? Throw in the lime green nails (can’t always colour coordinate with consistency ) emerald green eyeshadow and perhaps an olive green hand bag? That is the satorial feat of St Patricks Day. Why can’t people leave it to the entertainers? Or perhaps just adding a hint of green to an outfit, or shock horror, maybe a tasteful matching get-up? On the other hand, much of it is soiled in the after-party, so does it really matter?
