see i’m guessing they made no attempt to handle the demand and weren’t going to mind their own servers crashing one bit. otherwise they’d be out of business after everyone taking advantage of the £1 offer.

i had post-it notes littered all over my desk categorising my potential purchases according to desire, availability and practicality. i practiced navigating the site and i was up at the crack of dawn to do battle. it was indeed a spectacular fail and at times like this i like to refer to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=BJCQJbB3hq4&feature=related

A total and utter waste of time my whole morning was wasted – this was a very clever marketing ploy which unfortunately has backfired as I and many others will never ever use Outnet AGAIN. For the thousand or so new customers that you may have made through this £1.00 sale, the ones that were able to enter the site and check out successfully you have lost a thousand times more! Well done and Happy 1st Birthday Outnet you clearly have a lot to learn.
