I don’t think I will ever get enough of Sue Sylvester and her witty escapades and antics. No matter how many times I watch an episode of Glee she will without fail make me feel like the organs in my stomach are twisting because of my constant laughter. But up until recently I thought she was only that. A comedian, a comic genius, a ‘wisecracker’ none the less. I thought she was the entertaining, hilarious interval between each creative star-studded song. But no. I have come to realize that Sue Sylvester is so much more than that. Dare I say it? Dare I say that her consistent wardrobe of ‘trackie bottoms’ and zippies have me lusting over a shopping spree in Elverys Sports? Well it has and I will! (Go shopping in Elvery’s that is). There is something about an Adidas 3 stripe that never goes out of style. Ok fair enough, it will never be a reliable LBD or a cute purse that you bring everywhere with you. The shiny hooded zippie will not be your favorite pair of shoes and it will definitely not get you into Vogue for being number 1 stylista of the year. But I know that it will be my fail-safe attire for a lazy Sunday. There is something about the shiny, multi-coloured ness of the zippie that I cannot resist. Maybe its the fact I can picture Megan Fox in it-messy bun, sunglasses covering a hungover face, scruffy jeans, a pair of old runners and looking disgracefully hot. Or maybe its the super slick Adidas advertisement that hit our screens a couple of months ago that made owning an Adidas jumper nothing less than infinitely cool. But my guess is that it is Sue Sylvester and her indescribable incredibleness along with her just dahling hoodies that have me scrummaging through the attic for any forgotten/shunned Adidas items from the 90′s that were just unacceptable until now.
