Could Alexander Wang actually get any cooler? Or New Yorker’s for that matter (they’re having their day with that Duck Sauce song). And now they have NY’s MOMa gallery to thank for giving me yet another reason to love the city that just seems to poop coolness all over the place. The gallery held a mighty fashion and fine art event just recently that got a load of hip (is it still hip to use the word ‘hip’) designers to create some pretty funky installations. I came across this video on a blog of Alexander Wang’s and Rashaad Newsome’s contribution which apparently is a harmony of people ‘throwing shades’ (‘throw shade’-to talk trash about a friend or aquaintance or to hate on someone for acting a fool) Fan-bloody-tastic I say!
