Morning everyone! Pretty cold out eh? Well how very unsuitable this Friday Flash Lust is…
First up is Jennie who clocked this Censored Maxi from Nasty Gal. There’s a similar one in H&M and if you fancy it, you should probably go for that one. Both Jen and I got severely burned by customs when we bought clothes from Nasty Gal before Christmas. (I was slapped with a e90 bill – I was raaaaaagin’) Anyway, it is an amazing skirt. Shame you’d still have to wax your legs to wear it.
These Sam Edelman Zoe Boots (also from Nasty Gal) were positively made to go with that skirt. Arse and hell, Inland Revenue! Why must you deter me from such fabulosity..?
Now this jumper is also Jennie’s object of lust this week. There’s no accounting for taste eh? Cos even Jennie can’t explain why this assault on the senses appeals to her. It’s mad, aggressively patterned with a hint of Saved By the Bell… But she loves it. It’s the Brain Sweater from the mind of Jim Drain. I don’t think Jennie was particularly into the brain hat but I left it in the shot anyway, cos I wanted to show it to ye. Hilarious no?
On the total opposite end of the spectrum, Rachel is feeling the love for this Topshop Coral Suede Tassel Box bag. It’s not too badly priced at 25 pounds sterling. Order it from the TS web site in pounds though. Cos otherwise you’ll be raped by that ridiculous conversion job they do.
This week I’m on a bit of a street-style buzz. I LOVE this Marc Jacobs bracelet. Big, flashy and a touch of neon which is the cheeky way to approach this season’s colour-blocking trend. It’s not ridiculously priced at 85 pounds. And I am heading to Lahndan town next month… Hmmm a seed of thought is germinating in the soil of lust. Bit of an extravagant metaphor but ya get me!
I am HOT for these earrings I tell you. They come from Prada’s Graffiti Collection. (I was pretty shocked they were Prada too!) I saw them featured in Totally Dublin and I’m very keen on them. Maybe not e150 keen… But still, they’re ridiculously cool.
That’s yissers lot for this week peeps. Hope that USC bit of your pay cheque hasn’t left your weekend on too much of a downer. It might just have to be vino-in-the-gaff for a few more weeks yet. But that’s pretty fun an’ all!
