I was a big fan of Rebecca Ferguson’s style on X factor.
I was amazed her permatanned, tight dress and big earringed mentor did not manage to convert her into another Mini Cheryl. Though she was probably too busy tending to the tantrums of her other acts and didnt get round to it.
But since Rebecca has left the show, she has been knocking my socks off with her hats and head pieces. As my boyfriend said to me a while ago – there is something classy about a lady in a hat.

I love the shape if it and the fact that despite its size you can still see her fabulous hair do.
I absolutely adore netting on hats. Though it can be a food hazard as I found out at a wedding. My canape got smushed into my net hair piece.
I adore headbands and wear them all the time. So I really love this mix of headband and head piece.
So I think its time to get my adventurous with my headwear. Its a great way to funk up a nightime outfit.
